| | The Surrey Schools Mentoring Programme is the planned involvement of selected adults from the employer community in local schools aimed at developing supportive, one-to-one relationships with school students who are failing to realise their potential. A mentor will offer support, guidance and the benefit of their life experiences and become a trusted friend and role model. |
